At Omakase, we curate our home collections with precision, but we understand that sometimes a piece doesn't fit your space as intended. We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original, unused condition to ensure your home feels exactly right.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the item you wish to return to receive a pre-paid shipping label and return authorization form.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the item in its original Omakase box with all protective inserts to ensure the home goods remain secure during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of generating the label.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the item's condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
